. . . it is time . . .

I aimed for us to leave by 07:30, to arrive before the office closed at 18:00.  Alas, we were 15 minutes late on the road and the trip took longer than the 9 hours 8 minutes estimated by the Maps app!. However, with three drivers, we made it comfortably by 18:10 and our apartment was gorgeous, gas fireplace and all. We Back home 30 September

I seem to have this digital memory keeping process developed (at last!!!). A terrific Dixon family get together in Queenstown, NZ.  Sadly Michael couldn't get leave at this time and both Kira and Lachlan needed to be at school :(  While I was there I also attended the Stroke2017 Conference . Happy Birthday Jaki The card girls gathered to day for a delayed celebration of Jaki's birthday (last Saturday).  I made her a Post-it Note holder (tutorial here ): and a card Welcome Benjamin We also celebrated and welcomed Benjamin Edward into the card making group. The Birthday Girl The Cake (from the Breadtop Shop) The sleep over room Kira invited three close friends to share her birthday celebrations with a swim / sleep over.  The girls had a super time. This is her room after the obligatory pillow fight. Michael had worked the night before and added a few hours overtime to his evening.  As he didn't get home until 02:00 we let him sleep in before we did the gifts in bed.  Kira planned well in advance and had seen this card that "we must have for dad!" She had also spent time in the craft room creating this collection of cards and a gift tag. Lachlan wasn't quite so well prepared and whipped this card up the night before! Supplies: SU Beware Pirates Stamp; Spellbinders die; PTI number dies; SU cardstock and a piece of very old scrapbook paper from the bottom of a draw!

17 January  The kids spent the night on a sleep over with our Easter camping friends. Then we had a sleep over at Jupiters Casino on the Gold Coast. We had anice meal in one of the many restaurants then headed to the Tap Dogs show.  Which was very energetic and super entertaining.

Chooks We thought they were off the ;lay, then we found these around the back of the coop!!! I was thrilled to receive an invitation to Kellie (I work with) and Dean's wedding at the North Lakes Golf Course on 2 December 2012. My Card  The Button Bouquet  Me at the breakfast buffet  The Sweet Table (yum!) and so pretty too.
